1. Our commitment
Homegoing360 is committed to making our Platform accessible to people with disabilities. We serve families during difficult times, and we want everyone to be able to use our tools. We are working toward conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA.
2. Measures we take
We strive to use semantic structure and labels; provide sufficient color contrast; support keyboard navigation; label form fields and interactive controls; provide text alternatives for meaningful images; and write compassionate, readable content. We consider accessibility in our design and development process.
The Platform also includes a read-aloud feature that reads content on screen out loud. It is deliberately not metered against any usage allowance — charging for it would give somebody who cannot read a screen fewer answers than somebody who can. It uses a synthetic voice; see the AI Usage Disclosure.
3. Ongoing efforts
Accessibility is an ongoing effort. We periodically review the Platform and work to remediate issues we identify or that are reported to us. Third-party content and embedded tools — for example certain partner or provider components — may not be fully under our control.
4. Feedback and assistance
If you encounter an accessibility barrier, or need assistance accessing any feature, please contact us and we will work to help and to address the issue:
Email: care@homegoing360.com Mail: 1098 Ann Arbor Rd W, #479, Plymouth, MI 48170
Please describe the issue, the page or feature, and your device or assistive technology, so we can respond effectively.
5. Alternative access
If you cannot complete a task on the Platform due to an accessibility barrier, contact us and we will provide reasonable assistance to help you accomplish it through an alternative means where feasible.
6. Continuous improvement
We welcome feedback and use it to improve. This Statement will be updated as our accessibility efforts progress.
