Intellectual Property Policy

1. Homegoing360’s intellectual property

The Platform and all of its contents — including software, source code, design, layout, “look and feel,” text, graphics, illustrations, templates (including letter and document templates), roadmaps and task content, the “Homegoing360” name and logo, and other marks — are owned by Homegoing360 or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, trade-secret, and other laws. Except for the limited license in the Terms of Service, no rights are granted to you.

2. Limited license to users

We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and use the Platform and its content for your personal, non-commercial use of the services — or, for providers and partners, as expressly permitted by your agreement with us. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, translate, create derivative works from, reverse engineer, decompile, scrape, or otherwise exploit the Platform or its content except as permitted by law or expressly authorized in writing.

3. Trademarks

“Homegoing360,” the Homegoing360 logo, and related names and marks are trademarks of Homegoing360. You may not use them without our prior written permission, except to accurately identify Homegoing360 in a permissible manner.

Co-brand and white-label partners may use Homegoing360 marks only as expressly authorized in their written partner agreement with us — for example, “Aftercare provided by [Partner Name], with Homegoing360.” Third-party marks are the property of their owners.

4. User content

You retain ownership of your User Content and grant Homegoing360 the license described in the Terms of Service to host, display, and process it to provide the services. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to your User Content. See the Terms of Service, Section 7, and the Copyright & DMCA Policy.

5. Designer and provider content

Ownership and licensing of designs, templates, and other materials created by designers or providers are governed by their written agreement with us. Unless that agreement provides otherwise, designers and providers represent that they own or have rights to the materials they submit and that those materials do not infringe third-party rights.

6. Feedback

If you send us feedback, ideas, or suggestions, you grant Homegoing360 a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use them without restriction or compensation.

7. AI-generated content

Content generated with AI assistance may have uncertain or limited intellectual-property protection, and AI output may resemble other works. You are responsible for reviewing AI-assisted output you use and for ensuring it does not infringe third-party rights. See the AI Usage Disclosure.

8. Infringement claims

To report copyright infringement, follow the Copyright & DMCA Policy. For other intellectual-property concerns, such as trademark, contact care@homegoing360.com.

9. Reservation of rights

All rights not expressly granted are reserved by Homegoing360.
