Provider Directory & Paid Placement Disclosure

1. Why you’re seeing this

Homegoing360 helps you find independent providers — funeral homes, florists, printers, designers, concierges, attorneys, financial professionals, grief counselors, and others. We want to be transparent about how listings work and how we make money.

2. Independent providers

Providers in our directory are independent third parties, not employees or agents of Homegoing360. We do not provide their services and do not guarantee their quality, licensing, insurance, pricing, or outcomes. Any agreement for services is directly between you and the provider. See the Disclaimers & User Acknowledgments (A-7) and the Terms of Service, Section 9.

3. How listings and ranking work

Listings may be ordered or ranked based on factors such as relevance, location, service category, availability, ratings, completeness of profile, and paid placement or promotion. Ranking is not solely merit-based, and a higher position does not mean a provider is better for you.

4. Paid placement and compensation

4.1 Sponsored and paid placement. Some providers pay for featured placement, promotion, or enhanced listings. Where a listing is sponsored or paid, we label it clearly — for example “Sponsored,” “Featured,” or “Ad.”

4.2 Referral and transaction compensation. Homegoing360 may earn a fee, commission, or referral payment when you engage certain providers or make a purchase through the Platform, including designer, print, funding, or provider transactions. This compensation may influence which providers are available or promoted, but it does not change the price you pay unless we disclose otherwise at the point of purchase.

4.3 No pay-for-review. We do not allow providers to pay to alter genuine user reviews. See the Review, Fraud Prevention & Identity Verification policies.

5. Verification limits

We may perform certain screening or verification of providers, but we do not independently guarantee the accuracy of a provider’s representations, credentials, licensing, insurance, or background. You are responsible for evaluating any provider before engaging them.

6. Your choices

You are free to choose any provider, including those not featured or promoted, or to find providers outside the Platform. Sponsored placement is one input, not a recommendation tailored to your situation.
